Yes, alcohol is allowed as long as it is served by a licensed/insured bartender.
Licensed bartender MUST name VENU-U-99 LLC as additional insurer.
Beer and wine are permitted, without the need for a bartender & CAN NOT BE SOLD.

What is your DEPOSIT?

NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is REQUIRED TO LOCK/SECURE YOUR DATE.
We recommend paying your deposit once you’re set on having your event at our venue to ensure your date is secured.

When is my damage/incidental fee being refunded?

If NO DAMAGES are done to the venue & NO CONTRACT VIOLATONS to the contract you signed then your fee will be refunded.
Refunds can take up to seven business days to process back to you. Please be patient. If you do not see your refund within seven business days, please contact us for more information.

What is your refund/cancellation policy?

ALL PAYMENTS MADE ARE NON-REFUNDABLE ,
In the event of cancellation your $500 reservation fee of your deposit is non-refundable. However, you may reschedule your event and apply the deposit to your new event date within 12 months.
However should you need to reschedule, any payments can be transferred 1 time within 12 months of the original event date.
